Really pleased with the service we received from Propotec. We noticed what we thought was damp on one of the walls in our house. I called Propotec and they took some details from me and said someone would call me within 24hrs to arrange a home inspection. Sure enough, I received a phone call the next day from a chap called Colin who offered to come and look at it that morning for us, which was hugely appreciated and unexpected! It turned out to be nothing serious but they followed up with a detailed letter and clear advice on what we needed to do to rectify the problem. What’s more, they did all of this free of charge despite the fact we didn’t need any remedial work from them! I would highly recommend them and will definitely come back to them if I am ever unlucky enough so have a ‘real’ damp issue! Thank you.
